That is exactly the goal of FOYS. As an all-in-one core solution, FOYS eliminates the fragmentation of data in separate Excel lists and partial solutions. Everything is managed centrally. For external accounting packages (such as E-boekhouden and Exact Online), we offer seamless integrations, ensuring FOYS remains the central hub for all your activities.
How do you guarantee privacy and GDPR compliance within the system?
Because FOYS forms the heart of your organisation, security is our highest priority. The system is fully GDPR-proof and specifically designed to meet privacy requirements (you can find our privacy statement here). Thanks to role-based access rights, you maintain full control over who can view which data, from federation volunteers to club board members.
We are currently using another system; how does the transition to FOYS work?
We understand that switching to a new core system is a major step. That is why we take full responsibility for the process with specialised data migration. Our team guides the transition from A to Z, ensuring all historical data is preserved and users quickly find their way through an intuitive interface. We focus on smooth adoption so the organisation benefits immediately from the new structure.
