All sport-specific elements are managed within a single system. In the five years since its founding, our company has proven itself in the Dutch market and is now establishing its name internationally. We are currently active with more than 15 different federations/sports organisations and 4000 clubs in 5 different countries.
As a Customer Success Officer at FOYS, you will be the key link between our clients and our platform. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our users and guiding them in the use of our platform. You’ll resolve issues, answer questions, and proactively support clients to enhance the overall experience for athletes, fans, and organisations alike. You will work closely with our team to gather feedback and continuously improve our services.
